Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at divodwilcompany44@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Return Conditions (Defective Cases Only)
If a return is approved for a defective or incorrect item, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
